I have a complaint, where can I go?
Of course, we are always happy to hear positive stories about 365Werk. Unfortunately, it can happen that something doesn't go quite right. That's why we'd love to hear your feedback so we can learn from it! You can submit your complaint via our website. If you use the web app, you can also submit a complaint via your account. We will then contact you by telephone as soon as possible and ensure that your complaint is resolved!
