How can I submit a declaration?

Work related expenses; we've all had them. Whether it's to pay for gas on your commute to work, or when your employer asks you to make a quick run to the store before your shift. If stated in your contract, these costs are not yours to pay. However, you'll need to declare them in your account in order to get them back. This is how you do it!
You can submit a declaration via the declaration button in your online account. Simply state the kind of expense you've made and the amount you paid in advance. Don't forget to upload the receipt or invoice! In some cases we check the declaration with your employer and as soon as this is approved, we will pay it out with your next payslip.
