# What does 'ADV' stand for and what can I do with it?

'ADV' stands for reduction of working hours. If you see this on your pay slip under the heading 'Rights', you are accruing a reduction in working hours. You can have these hours paid out just like holiday hours. You can request this via salaris@365werk.nl. In the email you indicate how many hours you want to have paid out.
