# How can I request my holiday hours?

Before you inform us of your holiday hours, it is important that you have coordinated your day off with your manager or contact person at your work. If this is approved, you can request a holiday via your [portal](https://flexapp.365werk.nl/uren?verlof) under the heading 'Hours' and then 'Leave hours'. We will then process the holiday for you!
